If you would like to add that extra special touch to your event, we have contracted with culinary trained chefs to give your guests an evening to remember.   Since we do not supply the food directly, we think that it would be best to book the Chef for you and let them handle the details.   Below is the menu and pricing that we are currently offering through them.
$10 per person 

Antipasti Tray - A selection of cheeses, breads, crackers, fruits, vegetables, and sauces that will pair perfectly with the wine being poured. This is not your typical cheese plate. We will select fresh items from several gourmet shops in order to put together a per person service of a number of fine palate pleasing items.

$30 per person 

Antipasti Tray - A selection of cheeses, breads, crackers, fruits, vegetables, and sauces that will pair perfectly with the wine being poured.  This is not your typical cheese plate.   We will select fresh items from several gourmet shops in order to put together a per person service of a number of fine palate pleasing items.
Plus the following 5 courses:

1. Salmon Cakes with Sweet and Spicy Pickle Aioli
2. Organic Field Greens with candied walnuts, dried cherries, and pepper crusted goat cheese; finished with an oregano/shallot vinaigrette dressing.
3. Butter poached Haddock or Cod (Depending on availability) with sweet corn risotto, served with scallion and basil oil.
4. Herb Roasted Pork Loin with Mo le, served with Jalapeno cheddar grits and bacon braised brussel sprouts.
5. Italian Cream Cake with Gelato

 $50 per person

2. Tom Spicers Greens with Heirloom Tomatoes, served with Point Rays Blue Cheese citrus vinaigrette.
3. Wild Mushroom Risotto with shredded aged Ragusano Cheese
4. Seared Filet Mignon with red wine Demi-Glace, served with Heirloom Fingerling Potatoes and fire roasted red peppers
5. Italian Cream Cake with Gelato
